Elevate Skills Institute started in 2019 as a set of weekend workshops run out of a co-working space. Five years on, it's a full training center — same principle: teach the skill, not the syllabus.
Our founder, Ananya Roy, spent six years hiring junior developers before starting Elevate. The gap she kept seeing wasn't talent — it was that most training programs taught for the exam, not the job.
The first cohort had eleven learners in a rented conference room. Today we run four program tracks and work with employers across Jharkhand and beyond to shape what we teach next.
Every module is checked against what our hiring partners ask for this quarter, not last year.
We cap classes so instructors know each learner's project, not just their name.
We track placement and follow-up performance, not just attendance and completion.
